Our first Guest Designer is.........

I found it so hard to pick a favourite from all the gorgeous lay-outs we received for our December challenges, that I decided to leave it up to fate to decide. I put all the names into a hat and I am pleased to announce that the winner and our guest designer for January 09 is:-
